Join our dynamic recycling team! We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Plant Operator / Team Leader to run our processing plant, turning incinerated bottom ash into recycled metals and high-quality aggregate for construction projects.
What you’ll do:
- Operate the processing plant safely and efficiently
- Hit production KPIs and support operational goals
- Carry out health & safety checks and report issues
- Manage minor maintenance tasks
- Follow safe systems of work and site procedures
- Support all site activities as directed by management
Who we’re looking for:
- An experienced team leader
- Experience in waste processing industry / conveyor belts
- Team player with attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
- Own transport
Nice to have:
- Telescopic handler licence
