New Construction Project Manager, Ashley Chaplin, joins Fortis IBA.

Ashley has previously worked for Portsmouth City Council as a project manager, specialising in civil engineering works such as bridge and road construction. Ashley has also been instrumental in delivering projects that encourage recycling across the city. Ashley has a degree in Environmental Science that compliments his background in the field of civil engineering and waste management.

His new role will include complete project management of new IBA processing facilities, from the design stages through to project completion and handover.
