Area Sales Executive – Low Carbon Construction Product

Fortis IBA Limited, part of the Raymond Brown Group, are seeking to appoint an Area Sales Executive to the team. The role will involve regular travel across Southern England. The Area Sales Executive will support in finding new and existing customers in the construction sector. The product is low carbon Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) Aggregate that requires direct selling with a primary focus to promote and secure orders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Seek out potential sales leads.
  • Visit potential customers and existing customers on a regular basis.
  • To secure new business / IBA Aggregate orders.
  • Develop long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Support in providing customers with quotations and advice.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Provide feedback on future buying trends.
  • Assist in negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications.
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  • Check on the progress of existing orders.
  • Review own sales performance against targets.

You will receive a salary commensurate with experience, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, a company vehicle with fuel card, private health care, health cash plan and pension scheme.
