We are seeking to appoint a Production Supervisor to supervise the brand new 400,000tpa Incinerator bottom ash (IBA) processing plant based in Ridham Dock. The positions primary focus is to manage the production levels, ensuring efficiency of the new processing plant and maximising metal recoveries while also meeting the highest standard of health and safety.
The successful applicant will be required to:
– Operate the processing plant
– Supervise the production team on site
– Organise and carry out routine maintenance tasks
– Follow defined procedures and safe systems of work for all activities on site
– Support all operational activities on site as instructed by management
– Deliver set production KPI’s
